The existing SSTC # O-LSA18-103/D (Cabin LOPA Installation) is reissued from Issue 3 to Issue 4 to add MSN 309 (DHC-8-314). This modification provides acceptable LOPA configurations for DHC-8-102, DHC-8-106, and DHC-8-314 aircraft belonging to Perimeter Aviation, as outlined in PAL Aerospace Modification Summary MS18059. The list of applicable Serial Numbers is updated to include MSN 309 alongside MSN 114, 120, 157, 209, 304, 317, 373, 390, 320, 286, and 368. Additionally, the SSTC is reissued from Issue 4 to Issue 5 to add MSN 244 (DHC-8-314) with no changes to existing emergency equipment, passenger seating locations, or quantities. Minor changes include the addition of seat belt extensions and a note permitting substitutions for specific flashlights, with certain new seat part number variations requiring re-qualification.
