Why we are coming to Trenton.
PAL Aerospace is hiring Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for our FWSAR base in Trenton, with start dates in July 2026. We are running this event at the MFRC because we want to meet people in the community where the work actually happens, on a schedule that respects shift work and family life. Stop by on your lunch, after your shift, on a day off, or on your way home. We will be in the room the entire time.
This is not a job fair table behind a pull-up banner. It is a conversation with the two people who will actually be involved in your hiring and your day-to-day on the line.
Who we are looking for.
We are specifically hiring AMEs for the FWSAR program in Trenton. You are exactly who we want to talk to if you are:
- A Transport Canada licensed AME with an M2 licence, or
- A serving or recently released RCAF AvnTech or AVS Tech with the equivalency we recognize through the CAF,
- Eligible to work in Canada,
- Able to obtain or maintain a Government of Canada Secret clearance, and
- Interested in a July 2026 start in Trenton.
If you are close but not quite there yet, for example, you are mid-release, mid-licensing, or not sure if your equivalency lines up, come anyway. That is exactly the kind of conversation worth having in person.
